Everything TellMeHow does, from interview to deliverable
Eleven features in three stages: collect how the work is really done, cross-check it into a sourced process map, and stay in control of AI, costs, compliance, and brand.

Collect
Voice interviews with screen sharing, run from your guide.
- Voice interviews Each employee talks to the AI interviewer when it suits them, in their browser, across several sittings. Learn more
- Screen sharing The AI interviewer asks “show me” and sees the shared screen, where the work actually happens. Learn more
- Interview guide Your method, tailored by engagement, team, and person: the AI runs your audit, not its own. Learn more
- Validated recap Employees review, correct, and approve what the AI took away before it is used in the analysis. Learn more

Analyze and deliver
Cross-check everything, rebuild the processes, deliver with the evidence.
- Cross-analysis Every interview cross-checked into sourced findings, with contradictions and follow-ups to resolve them. Learn more
- Process map Processes rebuilt step by step, with actors, tools, volumes, and pain points, each one sourced. Learn more
- Deliverable and chat A published space for the sponsor, where every finding links to its evidence and the audit answers questions. Learn more

Stay in control
Your AI providers, your costs, your compliance, your brand.
- AI and Voice lab Pick the provider and model for each use, and compare voices in real conversations before you commit. Learn more
- Cost tracking The AI usage of every engagement, visible as it happens, with caps and alerts. Learn more
- Privacy and GDPR Processes, never people: redaction, limited retention, and works council and DPIA kits included. Learn more
- Your brand Your clients see your firm: subdomain, logo, colors, AI interviewer, and deliverable in your brand. Learn more
One principle holds it together: nothing without evidence
Every finding, figure, and process step links to the audio clip, capture, file, or imported data behind it. That is what makes the deliverable defensible in front of an executive committee.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to use everything?
No. A firm can start with interviews without screen sharing, use only the process map, or export processes as BPMN into its own tools. Settings are made per method and per engagement.
Is everything described available?
Yes, unless stated otherwise. Two things are not offered today: direct connectors to the client’s software (data is imported as files or in the exchange format) and using your own domain name (each firm has its own subdomain).
Can we import data that does not come from an interview?
Yes: files (PDFs, spreadsheets, procedures) and structured imports in the public exchange format, such as a mailbox analysis. The analysis treats them as evidence that confirms, qualifies, or contradicts the interviews.
