TellMeHow runs your audit interviews with your method and under your brand. You keep the analysis, the recommendations, and the client relationship.

The TellMeHow firm partnership gives a consulting firm a branded workspace where an AI runs process audit interviews with its clients’ employees, following the firm’s method, then consolidates the results into a navigable deliverable. The tool is independent of any automation platform: the output stays neutral and exportable.

### Why firms adopt it

#### Your method, not a generic conversation

Your topics, expected demonstrations, interviewing stance, and deliverable structure make up a versioned method. It is refined per engagement, per population, and per participant, across four levels that inherit from one another.

#### Your brand, in front of your client

Participants and the client sponsor see your logo, colors, and name, from the invitation email to the deliverable. Each workspace has its own subdomain.

#### Several clients in parallel

Consultants no longer spend weeks scheduling interview slots. Each employee takes the interview when it suits them, over several sittings if they like, and the consultant tracks progress across engagements from a single dashboard.

#### Neutral output

No automation platform is imposed on you or your client. Opportunities are classified using your own categories, processes export to BPMN 2.0, and findings and opportunities export to CSV or JSON.

### How we get started together

No self-service sign-up: we open each workspace with the firm and support it through its first engagement.

#### An initial conversation

You walk us through your audit method and a candidate engagement. Together, we check whether guided voice interviews with screen sharing suit it.

#### We set up your workspace

We open your workspace and its subdomain. You add your branding, invite your consultants, and choose your AI providers, using your own keys or the platform’s.

#### A first method, built from a template

You start from a template method (automation audit, process mapping, department audit, or tools audit) or from a blank page. You bring in your own topics, tone, and deliverable structure.

#### A supported pilot engagement

You take the interview yourself in test mode before launch, then we follow the engagement with you through to the published deliverable.

### What you sell to your clients

You sell a complete process audit under your own name: the AI interviewer handles the collection, while the analysis and recommendations remain yours. Usage tracking, engagement by engagement, helps you price your audits for your clients.

- Interviews with an entire relevant population rather than a sample, because each employee picks their own time.
- A navigable deliverable where every finding links to its evidence: an audio clip, a transcript, a screenshot, or an artifact.
- An audit that continues after the first publication, with targeted follow-ups and new deliverable versions.

### Connect your tools and your agents

Every workspace exposes a documented REST API and an MCP server: your consultants run their audits from Claude, your technical teams automate engagement setup or connect the deliverable to your own tools. A token never has more rights than the member who created it.

- A complete REST API, described by a downloadable OpenAPI contract.
- An MCP server for claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code, connected through OAuth or with a token.
- Usage tracked key by key in the workspace, revocable at any time.

### Who it is for

- Organization and transformation firms that map processes before redesigning them.
- Quality and compliance firms that need to compare written procedures with actual practice.
- IT consulting firms and ERP or CRM integrators during scoping.
- Automation agencies that look for repetitive tasks and their volume before proposing anything.
- Firms whose audits involve many interviews across several departments or sites.

### Who it is not for

- Assessing people, recruiting, or annual reviews: the product produces no rating, no score, and no individual comparison.
- Monitoring employee activity: nothing is installed on workstations, and nothing is captured outside an accepted interview.
- Process mining on application logs: the product does not connect to the client’s systems; it listens to and watches the people who do the work.

### Frequently asked questions

**Do we need to use a particular automation platform?**

No. TellMeHow is independent of any automation platform. Opportunities are classified using the categories of the firm’s method, and results export in open formats: BPMN 2.0 for processes, CSV or JSON for findings and opportunities.

**Will our clients see the vendor’s brand?**

Participants and client sponsors see the firm’s brand: logo, colors, and name on invitations, the interview screen, and the deliverable. The address is a subdomain specific to each workspace, and a discreet TellMeHow mention appears in email footers and on the interview page.

**Can we use our own AI keys?**

Yes. A firm can configure its own providers and keys for each use (voice, transcription, vision, analysis, chat, search), or use the platform’s keys. The firm’s keys are encrypted and never displayed.

**How much does TellMeHow cost for a firm?**

TellMeHow is offered on a quote basis. The quote depends on the volume of engagements and interviews, the AI providers chosen, and the support you want; we prepare it after a demo, based on your needs.

**Which languages can interviews be held in?**

The interface, emails, interviews, and deliverable are available in French and English. Each participant chooses their language, and a new language can be added without development work.
