# Nothing reaches the analysis without the employee’s approval

> At the end of each chapter, the participant reviews what the AI kept, corrects, removes, and validates. Only what they validate feeds the analysis.

At the end of each chapter, the AI interviewer shows what it took away. The employee approves, corrects, or removes each point, and anything removed is actually deleted.

The TellMeHow validated recap is the list of facts the AI interviewer took away at the end of each chapter, which the employee approves, corrects, clarifies, or removes point by point. Only validated chapters feed the analysis, and anything removed is deleted from the analysis, the evidence, and the deliverable.

- Each point can be approved, corrected, clarified, or removed
- Only validated chapters feed the analysis
- A removed point is deleted from the analysis, evidence, and deliverable

### Interview notes can’t be checked

In a traditional audit, employees never see what was noted from their interview. A misheard figure, “40 invoices a week” written down as “a day,” goes straight into the deliverable. And when people don’t know what will happen to what they say, they stick to the official version.

### What I understood, live

During the interview, a discreet panel lists the points captured for the current chapter: facts, figures, tools, pain points. The employee can correct them right away, without waiting for the end. The AI interviewer also confirms key facts out loud before recording them.

- Each point is linked to the guide topic and information target it covers.
- The panel updates as the conversation goes on, without interrupting it.
- The end-of-chapter recap also lists the related pins and files.

### A recap at the end of every chapter

When a chapter ends, the AI interviewer shows on screen what it took away and can summarize it out loud. The employee goes through each point, then validates the chapter. An overall recap is offered at the end of the interview.

- Approve: the point is right as stated.
- Correct or clarify, in writing or by voice: “more like 30 to 50 orders, and not on Fridays.”
- Remove: the point won’t be used anywhere.
- Delete a passage of the recording by selecting a time range.

### Removed means actually deleted

Removing a point or deleting a passage isn’t hiding it. The product deletes the source, then everything that depended on it: evidence, findings left without evidence, the chat search index, and sharing between interviews. If removed evidence appeared in a published deliverable, the deliverable is rebuilt without it.

- The transcript, screen images, and pins within the deleted range are erased.
- A finding no longer backed by any evidence is deleted.
- Sponsors never see raw data, only the synthesis and the evidence the consultant selects.

### Only validated chapters count

A chapter that is covered but not validated shows up as such for the consultant, and an automatic reminder invites the employee to review it. It feeds neither the analysis nor sharing between interviews. An engagement can turn on implicit validation after a set number of days, provided it is announced on the welcome screen.

- Employees can return from the same link to reopen a chapter, listen again, or delete a passage.
- After the employee validates, the consultant reviews and confirms or rejects each finding before publishing.
- Employees can see everything about them: transcript, recording, pins, files, and recaps.

### In practice

- **When** : A live panel during the chapter, a recap at the end of each chapter, and an overall recap at the end of the interview.
- **Actions per point** : Approve, correct, clarify, or remove, in writing or by voice.
- **Passage deletion** : The participant selects a range of the recording; the transcript, images, and pins in that range are erased.
- **Effect of removal** : Cascading deletion: evidence, orphaned findings, search index, sharing between interviews, and a rebuilt published deliverable.
- **Unvalidated chapter** : Never used by default; automatic reminder; implicit validation after N days only if the engagement enables and announces it.
- **Review** : The consultant approves or rejects each finding drawn from the recaps before publishing the deliverable.
### Frequently asked questions

**Can employees take back what they said?**

Yes. They can correct, clarify, or remove each point in their recap, and delete a passage of the recording. They can also come back later from the same link to reopen a chapter.

**Is a removed point just hidden?**

No. It is deleted from the analysis, the evidence, the search index, and sharing between interviews. Findings that relied only on it are deleted, and a published deliverable that cited it is rebuilt without it.

**What if the employee never validates?**

The chapter stays covered but unvalidated, and an automatic reminder invites them to review it. By default, it is never used in the analysis. An engagement can provide for implicit validation after a delay, as long as this is announced on the welcome screen.

**Is the employee’s validation enough to publish?**

No. The consultant then reviews the findings drawn from the recaps, approves or rejects them, and chooses which evidence can be published. The deliverable is only published when the consultant decides.

**Does the recap include an assessment of the employee?**

No. It contains only facts about the work: steps, volumes, tools, rules, and pain points. No ratings, scores, or emotion analysis are produced, because the audit assesses processes, not people.
